As a consumer you have rights under Czech and EU consumer protection law, including rights to withdraw from contracts for digital and physical goods where applicable. For project services, specific terms are agreed in written proposals and contracts.

If a consumer dispute arises, parties may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are also open to amicable settlement and arbitration.
